Ingredients:

   4      medium        onion
   3      large         cloves
   1      cup           brown sugar
     1/2  cup           mustard
   1      cup           vinegar
   1      ounce         chili powder
     1/2  teaspoon      cumin
   3      tablespoons   soy sauce
   1      dash          hot sauce
   1      dash          salt
   1      dash          pepper

Preparation:

Mince Onion and Garlic then sauté both lightly. Add remaining ingredients and cook. Use as needed.
