Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   1      pound         Monterrey Jack or Velveeta
   1      10 oz. can    RoTel tomatoes, lightly drained -- diced
   1      package       Jimmy Dean sausage, browned, crumbled -- and drained
   1      sm. can       black olives, sliced
   1      bunch         scallions or chives -- chopped
   2      shots         Cholula sauce -- (up to 3)
                        add whatever else you like: artichoke
                         -- hearts, etc.
 

Preparation:

Try the broccoli or a baked potato with my sister Joanne's Queso recipe on it!!! Melt cheese and stir together all ingredients. Use as a dip or topping.
