Tahoe Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

   2      cans          anchovies -- (oil & all)
   1      head          garlic -- (not clove... head)
   2                    eggs
                        a couple good dashes of Tabasco -- (or similar type hot
                        -- sauce)
                        a couple good dashes of Worchester sauce
                        lemon juice -- (2 lemons worth)
   2      tablespoons   hot mustard -- (the dry stuff)
 

Preparation:

Turn on the blender and start filling it up with olive oil (that's why ya need an industrial Binford type blender). Makes about a quart, goes a long way. I keep it in a pickle jar and it last a while... and never has that salmonella stuff either. (Garlic kills it!
