Ingredients:

   2      stalks        celery - diced fine
     3/4                Granny Smith apple - peeled and diced

   1      tablespoon    Tarragon Vinegar
   1      tablespoon    Dijon mustard
   1      teaspoon      celery seed
   1      teaspoon      chicken seasoning -- (NOT poultry
                        -- seasoning)
     1/2  teaspoon      white pepper

Preparation:

Dice the slaw before adding anything. Then, combine with wet and dry ingredients. Chill and serve.
