Ingredients:

     1/4  cup           water
     1/2  teaspoon      onion powder
     1/4  cup           soy sauce
     1/2  teaspoon      garlic powder
     1/4  cup           dry white wine
     1/2  teaspoon      ground ginger
     1/4  cup           brown sugar
 

Preparation:

Use this marinade recipe and place birds in cool brine for 6 hours. Rinse and dry on paper towels for 1 hour. Hot smoke at 240F for about 2 hours with choice of wood, hickory, etc.
