Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
2 Tablespoons granulated Sugar (I have used Equal)
2 Tablespoons all-purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Milk
2 Eggs, well beaten
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
10 ounces frozen Whole Kernel Corn, thawed. |
Preparation:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan; remove from heat. Combine sugar or Equal and flour in a small bowl, then stir into melted butter. Add milk, eggs and baking powder; mix well. Add corn and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a buttered 1 quart baking dish. (I spray my dish with Pam). Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and center is set. |
