Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients:

   2      pounds        boned loin or leg of lamb
   3      large         onions peeled and sliced
     1/2  teaspoon      ground saffron -- dissolved in
   2      tablespoons   water
     1/4  cup           fresh lime juice
   2      tablespoons   rose water
   2      cloves        garlic
   1      cup           yogurt
 

Preparation:

Cut meat into 2 inch cubes pound w/ small mallet place in a large bowl and add above ingredients cover and marinate 24 hrs (at least) Make shish kabobs with meat and veggies (Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, Etc.) Grill and serve with basmati rice and a 1/2 tomato grilled
