Ingredients:

   2      pounds        beef sirloin tips -- cut into 1-inch
                        cubes
   2      centiliters   garlic -- minced
     1/2  cup           soy sauce
   4      tablespoons   sesame oil
   6      tablespoons   brown sugar
   1      tablespoon    sesame seeds
   6                    green onions
 

Preparation:

Mix it all together and marinate at least 2 hours. Prepare grill. Thread beef cubes onto metal or soaked wood skewers with a green onion between each piece of meat. Grill over medium coals to your desired degree of doneness. Flank steak may be substituted.
