Grilled Lake Trout With Garlic And Sun Dried Tomato

Ingredients:

   8      centiliters   garlic
   4      tablespoons   parsley
   2      tablespoons   sun dried tomatoes
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/4  cup           olive oil
   1 1/2  pounds        lake trout fillet
 

Preparation:

Finely mince the garlic, parsley and sun dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and stir in the oil. Store, covered in the refrigerator overnight. Cut the fillet into 4 portions and smear the tomato mixture over them. Grill over medium heat for 4-5 min per side.
