Grilled Chicken With Jerk Seasoning

Ingredients:

   2      bunches       green onion -- chopped
     1/3  cup           red wine vinegar
   2      tablespoons   vegetable oil
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce -- low sodium
   2      tablespoons   allspice berries -- whole
   2                    jalapeno peppers -- canned
                        -- cut in half
   2      teaspoons     salt
   1      teaspoon      pepper
   1      teaspoon      ground cinnamon
     1/4  teaspoon      ground nutmeg
   8      large         boneless skinless chicken
                        breast halves
 

Preparation:

Coarsely puree first 10 ingredients in processor. Pour puree into large bowl. Add chicken breasts; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Prepare grill (medium heat). Remove chicken from marinade. Grill chicken until cooked through, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. Transfer to plates and serve. Recipe By: Bon Appetit
