Ingredients:

 100      grams         coriander seeds
  50      grams         cumin seeds
  25      grams         black peppercorns or green peppercorns
  25      grams         cinnamon sticks
  25      grams         cloves
  25      grams         green cardamom seeds
  25      grams         black cardamom seeds
   5                    curry leaves -- (to 6)
   2      teaspoons     fennel seeds
  10      grams         nutmeg
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 100 C. Mix all ingredients except nutmeg in a frying pan. Roast them in the oven. Do not let them turn brown. Put aside until cool. Blend cooled and roasted spices at high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely pulverized. Add nutmeg and mix well. Makes approx. 1 1/2 cups
