Ingredients:

  50      grams         chicken
   5                    red chiles
   1      cup           coconut -- grated
   2      cups          coconut milk
   5      grams         cumin seeds
   5      grams         black pepper seeds
   5      grams         coriander seeds
   5      grams         methi seeds
   5      grams         garam masala
   6      0 g           ghee
   5      0 g           onions -- chopped
   5      grams         garlic
   2                    lemons
                        salt to taste
 

Preparation:

Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan, fry red chiles, cumin, methi, black pepper, coriander seeds, grated coconut to golden brown and blend them to a fine paste. Clean the chicken and cut into pieces. Marinate the chicken in the above mixture with salt for 1/2 an hour. Heat ghee in a pan, fry chopped onions until golden brown and add little garam masala to it. Add the chicken pieces along with coconut milk and cook until it is done. Sprinkle the lemon juice before serving.
