1 bulb Garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger
1 tablespoon Red chili powder
Salt
Preparation:
Grind ginger and garlic into a paste. Combine with other ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Serve as an accompaniment to Lamb Biryanis.
