Mustard Butter

Ingredients:

  2        tablespoons  dijon mustard
  2        tablespoons  grainy dijon mustard
  1         tablespoon  red mustard seeds
  1         tablespoon  yellow mustard seeds
     1/2         pound  butter
  1         tablespoon  fresh lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Over low heat melt the butter and other ingredients, stirring constantly. Do not let the butter become too hot or it will separate. This is not a disaster, but try to avoid it. If it does separate, you can re-emulsifty it by stirring slowly as the butter cools. When the mixture reaches a creamy, mayonnaise-like thickness, remove from heat.
