Szechwan Sesame Flavored Noodles

Ingredients:

     1/2  pound         ramen type noodles
   2      tablespoons   vegetable oil
   2                    green onions -- finely chopped
   2      tablespoons   peanut butter
   1      tablespoon    sesame oil -- Szechwan pepper
                        -- oil*
 

Preparation:

* (for the hearty use up to 1 tablespoon otherwise, use just a few drops. Boil noodles al dente drain and rinse in cold water. Heat a fry pan with the oil; add noodles and flatten out like a pancake. When the bottom becomes brown and slightly crisp, turn and fry the other side Remove from pan and let cool. Place on a platter with side and sprinkle with the chopped green onions. In small bowl add the sesame and hot oils to the peanut- butter a few drops at a time. Just before serving pour the peanut butter sauce over the noodles.
