Sesame Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  10                    chicken thighs
   3      tablespoons   light soy sauce
   2      tablespoons   dry sherry
     1/8  teaspoon      grated fresh ginger
   3      tablespoons   cornstarch
   4      tablespoons   raw sesame seeds
                        peanut oil for deep frying
 

Preparation:

Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone. Marinate them in the soy sauce, sherry, ginger and enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 hour. Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly browned. You can try substituting beef for the chicken.
