Preparation:
remove tips and reserve for another use combine chicken, soy, scallions, ginger, sesame oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, pepper, wine, and vinegar-mix well cover and chill for 2-48 hours remove chicken to drain, discarding marinade coat wings evenly with sesame seeds place onto a shallow baking pan roast @ 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until done serve hot |
