Preparation:
wash chicken parts well place into a stockpot, cover with water or stock, and place over a high flame bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and allow to stand for 20 minutes remove from liquid, drain place chicken into a covered bowl or container combine garlic, coriander, pepper, olive oil, turmeric, lemon juice and zest, and salt-mix well pour over chicken, cover, and chill for 60-90 minutes remove from marinade season with salt and pepper grill or broil for 4-5 minutes per side until no longer pink in the center remove to a serving platter or place onto a bed of couscous serve hot |
