   1      cup           sorrel -- cleaned and trimmed
   1      tablespoon    butter
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
 

Preparation:

* Note: The recipe for "Basic French Omelet" is included in this database. Shred sorrel. In small, heavy saucepan, heat butter. Add sorrel and salt, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
