Ingredients:

     1/2  pound         butter
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      white pepper
   1      tablespoon    very finely chopped parsley
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
 

Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, work butter with a wooden spoon until creamy. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Served mostly with boiled fish or with vegetables. Recipe Source: THE ART OF FRENCH COOKING by Fernande Garvin
