Ingredients:

   1 1/2  pounds        fish fillets -- * see note
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   2      tablespoons   chopped scallions -- white part only
   2      tablespoons   parsley
   1      cup           dry white wine
   2      tablespoons   fresh bread crumbs
 

Preparation:

* Note: Good with all white-meat fish. Arrange fillets in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with scallions and parsley. Add wine. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter.
