Ingredients:

   2                    green bell peppers
                        washed -- seeded, and cut
                        -- into 1" cubes
   1                    cucumber
                        peeled and cut into 1" cubes
   3                    tomatoes
                        washed and cut into 1" cubes
   2      stalks        celery
                        washed and sliced diagonally into 1/2"
                        -- piece
     1/4  pound         feta cheese -- cut into 1/2" cubes
     1/2                red onion -- diced
     1/2  teaspoon      kosher salt
                        freshly ground pepper
   3      tablespoons   vinegar
     1/4  cup           oil
     1/2  teaspoon      oregano
   1      tablespoon    fresh basil -- minced
 

Preparation:

In a 2-quart bowl, mix peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, feta cheese, and red onion. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, oregano, and basil.
