Mostaccioli with Prosciutto And Pine

Ingredients:

   8      ounces        uncooked mostaccioli
                        -- (about 3 cups)
   1      bunch         green onions -- (with
                        tops) -- sliced
     1/4  cup           pine nuts -- pistachio nuts or
                        slivered almonds
     1/2  teaspoon      seasoned salt
     1/3  cup           margarine or butter
     1/4  pound         prosciutto or thinly sliced
                        fully cooked smoked ham -- cut
                        into thin strips
   1      cup           freshly grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

Cook mostaccioli as directed on package; drain. Cook and stir onions, pine nuts and seasoned salt in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until onions are tender, about 3 minutes. Toss onion mixture, prosciutto, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the hot mostaccioli. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4 SERVINGS
