   3      cups          fresh mushrooms -- diced
   1      teaspoon      margarine
   1      teaspoon      olive oil
     1/2  cup           shallots -- diced
     1/2  cup           onions -- diced
   1      tablespoon    soy sauce
   1      teaspoon      marsala
                        salt and pepper
   1      pinch         garlic powder
 

Preparation:
