1 pound king mackerel
1 tablespoon sherry
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Preparation:
Drizzle sherry, lemon and mustard over fish and allow to marinate 20 minutes.
Grill 10 minutes, turning over once and basting often.
Serve on spinach leaves with lemon twist.
