12 ounces sea scallops
4 ounces butter -- melted
1 ounce sherry
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Slice scallops in half and place in a buttered casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper. Combine butter, sherry and crumbs. Pour over scallops. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
