1 teaspoon gingerroot -- finely chopped
1 package frozen -- asparagus cuts,
                        -- thawed (10 ounces)
1 4 oz can mushrooms, sliced, drained
1 medium tomato -- cut into thin
   2 tablespoons soy sauce
   1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Cod, pollack and albacore tuna are examples of other lean fish that would be delicious substitutes for the halibut. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish, onion, garlic, gingerroot and asparagus. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until fish almost flakes with fork. Carefully stir in remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
