Prawns In Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

  12                    prawns
  1               Tbsp  oon soy sauce
  1 1/2           Tbsp  oons cooking wine
  2               Tbsp  oons ginger (chopped)
  1              Stalk  green onion (chopped)
  2               Tbsp  oons garlic (chopped)
  4                     chili peppers
  6               Tbsp  oons oil
  8               Tbsp  oons ketchup
  2               Tbsp  oons sugar
  2 1/2            Tsp  oons salt
 

Preparation:

1. Wash prawns. Cut off tail end to drain. 2. Slit backs. Remove veins. Cut each prawn into 3 sections. 3. Marinate prawns in soy sauce and wine. 4. Heat 3 to 4 tbspoons oil to frying pan. Fry prawns till skin turns pink. Set aside. 5. Add remaining oil. Fry ginger, green onion, garlic and peppers. Add seasonings. Remove fried prawns to pan. Mix well. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
