Salmon Vegetable Loaf

Ingredients:

   1      cup           salmon
   2      cups          mashed potatoes -- hot
     3/4  cup           beans -- cooked
     1/2  cup           onion -- diced
                        salt and pepper
   2                    egg whites
   2      tablespoons   butter -- melted
 

Preparation:

Flake salmon. Remove bones. Combine salmon, potatoes, beans, onions, and melted butter. Season to taste. Mix until well blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well-oiled baking dish.
