Italian Baked Fish

Ingredients:

   1 1/2  pounds        flounder or sole fillets
   3      tablespoons   low-cal Italian dressing
   3      tablespoons   lemon juice
   3      tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
     1/8  teaspoon      garlic powder
                        salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally. Preheat oven to 350F Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
