Fish In Foil

Ingredients:

   2                    heavy duty foil
   1      pound         fish fillets -- divided
   3      tablespoons   lemon juice
     1/4  teaspoon      paprika
   4      ounces        onions; sliced -- divided
   1      teaspoon      parsley -- chopped
   1      teaspoon      chives -- chopped
   6      ounces        potatoes; peeled -- cut, French style,
                        -- divide
                        salt and pepper to taste
   2      teaspoons     margarine
 

Preparation:

Place 1/2 of fish fillets on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika. Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each fillet. Combine parsley and chives. Roll potato in parsley mixture. Arrange 1/2 potato sticks around each fillet. Season each with salt and pepper. Fold foil and secure tightly. Bake 325 deg. for 40 minutes. Open foil and dot each with 1 teaspoon margarine. May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) This is an old WW recipe and should be adjusted according to today's weights etc
