Creamy Chicken-Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients:

  1         11 oz. can  mexican-style corn -- undrained
  1                can  condensed cream of chicken soup -- undiluted
  1                can  condensed cream of potato soup -- undiluted
  1                jar  {4 1/2 oz.} sliced mushrooms -- undrained
  1                can  {4 1/2 oz.} chopped green chiles -- undrained
  2               cups  chopped cooked chicken
  1 1/2           cups  milk
  1                cup  chicken broth
     1/3           cup  sliced green onions
  1 1/2           cups  shredded cheddar cheese
 

Preparation:

1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a Dutch oven; cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. 2. Remove Dutch oven from heat; add cheese to chowder, stirring until cheese melts.
