Shrimp and Scallops In Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

   3      pounds        medium shrimp -- cleaned
   3      pounds        bay scallops
   4      tablespoons   butter
     1/2  cup           cornstarch
   4      cups          milk - depending -- upon desired
                        -- consist, up to 6
   1 1/2  cups          white wine
   6      cups          white rice -- cooked
 

Preparation:

Cook shrimp and scallops until done. Set aside. Slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly. Add wine, shrimp and scallops and cook until done. Do not overcook. Serve over white rice.
