Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           onion -- chopped
     1/2  teaspoon      coriander seeds -- ground
     1/2  teaspoon      cardamom -- ground
   1      pinch         cayenne pepper
     1/2  teaspoon      kosher salt
   1 1/2  cups          yogurt -- plain
