Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           soy sauce
     1/4  cup           sherry wine
   2      tablespoons   brown sugar
   1 1/4  teaspoons     dry mustard
   1      clove         garlic -- crushed
     1/2  teaspoon      ginger

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a shallow dish large enough to hold either meat or chicken. Marinate overnight, turning pieces at least two or three times.
