Zesty Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:

   2      cups          canned black beans
     1/2  cup           chopped fresh tomatoes
   1      cup           sour cream or yogurt
   6      tablespoons   chopped onions
   2      tablespoons   chopped fresh chives
   2      teaspoons     salt
     1/2  teaspoon      freshly ground black -- pepper
   1      teaspoon      paprika
 

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients, except the paprika, briefly in a food processor or blender. Chill for 1 to 2 hours, then garnish with the paprika. Serve with blue or yellow tortilla chips.
