Refried Beans

Ingredients:

   1      large   can   pinto beans **
   2      slices        bacon
     1/2  cup           onion -- chopped
     1/2                tomato -- chopped
   2      cloves        garlic -- minced
                        cilantro -- to taste
                        salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Cook bacon and remove to paper towel. Do not pour all grease off from bacon. Add the can of pinto beans, crumbled bacon, onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro and salt. Heat through and mash with potato masher until desired consistency. Heat beans uncovered until they cook down and lose some of the liquid.
