Tempting Tuna Trenchers

Ingredients:

     2/3           cup  mayonnaise or salad tressing
     1/2           cup  thinly sliced celery
  2               cans  tuna in water -- (6 1/2 oz), drained,

  2             ounces  shredded cheddar cheese -- (1/2 cup)
  2        tablespoons  finely chopped onion
  2          teaspoons  dried dill weed
  1                jar  diced pimientos -- (2 oz), drained
                        trenchers
                        curly endive
  4                     flaky crescent trenchers
 

Preparation:

In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; mix well. Arrange curly endive over each trencher. Spoon salad evenly over curly endive. Serve immediately -----
