Italian Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:

  1              pound  rotini style pasta -- cooked and drained
  2               cans  cream of mushroom soup -- 10 3/4 oz
  1                cup  milk
     1/2      teaspoon  garlic powder
  1           teaspoon  dehydrated onion flakes
  2          teaspoons  dried sweet basil
     1/4           cup  black olives -- sliced
     1/2           cup  frozen peas
  1                cup  canned italian tomatoes -- drained and chopped
  1                can  chicken of the sea tuna -- 12 1/2oz,drained
  2        tablespoons  parmesan cheese -- to 3 tablespoons
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 2 quart casserole combine rotini pasta, mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion flakes, basil, black olives, peas and tomatoes; mix well. Gently fold in tuna. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with parmesan cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
