Ingredients:

                        for beef -- poultry, pork,
                        -- lamb and fish
   1                    garlic clove -- crushed
   1      teaspoon      anchovy paste
   2      teaspoons     olive oil
     1/4  teaspoon      freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1-1/2 Tbsp.
