Ingredients:

   1      cup           green beans -- snapped
   1      cup           soy milk
   1                    red bell pepper -- diced
   1      large         onion -- diced
   1      teaspoon      sage
   1                    garlic clove -- minced
   1      cup           corn
 

Preparation:

Simmer the beans in soy milk for a few minutes. Add bell pepper, garlic, sage and onion and continue to simmer until the beans, pepper and onion are cooked. Add the corn and cook for no more than 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if so desired before serving. Recipe by Mark Satterly
