Ingredients:

   1 1/4  cups          stone ground mustard
     2/3  cup           real mayonnaise
   4      teaspoons     prepared horseradish
     1/4  teaspoon      cayenne -- up to 1/2
     1/4  teaspoon      white pepper
                        pepper flakes

Preparation:

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Makes 2 cups
