Crunchy Coleslaw

Ingredients:

     1/2  head          shredded green cabbage
     1/2  cup           chopped green pepper
   1      medium        onion -- cut into rings
   2      tablespoons   sugar
     1/4  cup           white vinegar
   2      tablespoons   vegetable oil
   1      teaspoon      sugar
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/2  teaspoon      celery salt
     1/2  teaspoon      dry mustard
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, layer cabbage, green pepper, and onion; sprinkle sugar over top. In saucepan, combine white vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, celery salt, and mustard; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over slaw; cover, refrigerate, at least 4 hours. To serve, toss slaw to mix well.
