Preparation:
1. Wash beans and soak overnight. Change water and boil for 2 - 3 hours or 20 minutes in pressure cooker.
2. In the meantime chop onions, garlic and ginger fine and fry in oil. Add chopped tomatoes after a few minutes.
3. Add all spices and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add to the beans and cook again till the beans are soft and thoroughly cooked.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. |
