  6                     carrot
  2          teaspoons  kosher salt
  2        tablespoons  vinegar
  2          teaspoons  salt
  1           teaspoon  creole mustard
 

Preparation:

Add salt to cabbage-toss to mix well let stand for 1-3 hours, rinse, and drain well combine vinegar and sugar in a bowl stir to dissolve sugar stir in mustard combine cabbage, carrots, and dressing-toss to mix well serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
