Ingredients:

   1      liter         milk
   1      pinch         alum powder
  40      grams         sugar
 100      milliliters   canned Alphonso mango pulp
     1/8  teaspoon      cardamom powder
                        few drops saffron color
                        pistachio nuts -- for decoration
 

Preparation:

Mango balls flavored with cardamom. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes 1. Boil milk, sprinkle alum power and add sugar. 2. When it reduces to 1/3 quantity, add mango pulp. 3. When it forms a soft ball consistency, add cardamom powder and color. 4. Cool it make small balls. Decorate with pistachio halves
