Ingredients:

3/4 cup salsa
1 can cream of mushroom w/ cracked pepper & herbs (10 3/4 oz)
1/4 tsp cumin
6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 can quartered artichoke hearts (15 oz), drained
1 can sliced black olives (2 1/4 oz), drained
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro |
Preparation:
In bowl, mix salsa, soup, and cumin. Set aside. Arrange chicken in 9x13" baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 min. Place artichoke hearts around chicken. Pour soup mixture over top and sprinkle with black olives. Continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
