Preparation:
Required time: 45 minutes plus soaking time
Wash and soak the rice for about one hour. Bring the water to a boil. Add palm sugar, cinnamon, salt, pandan leaf and ginger.
Add the rice and cook for about 30 minutes or until done.
When cooked, put in a serving bowl. Sprinkle a little palm sugar and coconut milk over it. Serve hot or cold. |
