Ingredients:

  50      grams         sev (thin noodles)
  50      grams         coarsely crushed paapri
 100      grams         phuliyan or puffed rice
   1      teaspoon      chile powder
   1      teaspoon      chaat masala
   1      small         onion -- very finely chopped
   2      tablespoons   raw mango -- finely chopped
   2                    green chiles, deseeded, finely chopped
   2      cloves        garlic minced
     1/2  cup           coriander leaves -- finely chopped
   1                    lemon -- juice of
                        tamarind chutney
                        mint chutney
                        salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well. Adjust the chile powder according to taste. Serve immediately in individual plates.
