     1/2  cup           parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
   2      tablespoons   butter
                        ***or: snappy spinach***
   1      cup           spinach -- cooked, fresh
   2      teaspoons     lemon juice: fresh squeezed
                        ***or: savory stuffing***
   1      tablespoon    butter
     1/2  teaspoon      poultry seasoning
   2                    celery stalks -- thin sliced
                        ***or: curried almond***
   1      teaspoon      curry powder
     1/2  cup           almonds: chopped
                        ***or: lemon dill***
     1/4  cup           dill -- fresh, chopped
   2      teaspoons     lemon peel -- grated
                        ***or: country bacon***
   4      slices        bacon -- crumbled, cooked
   1      cup           peas -- cooked
                        ***or: hot pepper***
     1/4  teaspoon      Tabasco sauce
     1/2                red pepper -- seeded and chopped
 

Preparation:

Stir additions in with cooked, hot rice. The Snappy Spinach Rice and Lemon Dill Rice are particularly good with fish, the Country Bacon Rice with burgers, the Hot Pepper Rice with steak and the others with chicken SERVES:4
